Fityou's Accu Slim 1100W immersion circulator with a full touch screen, a slim and powerful sous vide stick.
Price range: $$ (Mid-range)
What we liked
- + Full touch screen gives a modern interface without extra buttons
- + 1100W heater warms water baths faster than many lower-wattage sticks
- + Slim profile is well suited to drawer storage in a tiny kitchen
Trade-offs
- - Accu Slim naming echoes Instant Pot, so do not confuse the brands
- - Lesser-known maker, so replacement clamp parts may be scarce
