Hamilton Beach's 2 Liter professional style deep fryer, a stainless-look basket fryer for more serious home frying.
Price range: $$ (Mid-range)
What we liked
- + Professional style build looks and feels more robust than minis
- + 2 Liter capacity cooks generous batches of wings or fish
- + Basket design makes lifting and draining food simple
Trade-offs
- - Bulkier than compact models, so small counters feel crowded
- - More oil to heat and dispose of than smaller fryers
