What we liked
- + 300 watt motor with two speeds covers shakes, sauces, dips and pureed soups in a single serving
- + Detachable stainless steel shaft can go in the dishwasher, and the motor body wipes clean
- + Slim shaft is designed to fit most mixing bowls and tall cups, and the low price makes it an easy spare
Trade-offs
- - Only two speeds and no attachments, so there is no whisk or chopper for other prep jobs
- - The listing gives no figures for shaft length or weight, so check fit in your narrowest cup
